IPL Final CSK vs KKR: The final match of IPL 2021 is to be played between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium today. The match is to be played in Dubai, so Andre Russell can prove to be very dangerous for CSK in terms of bowling and batting. If Russell’s IPL record is seen, then he has beaten every Chennai bowler fiercely. It is believed that Russell can be included in the playing XI in the final.
It is worth noting that Russell could not play the last few matches due to injury. However, KKR’s mentor David Hussey has given a big update regarding his condition regarding playing the final. Hussey has said that there could be an opportunity to replace Shakib Al Hasan in Dubai if Russell recovers from his hamstring injury.

Hussey further added that Russell has a good record against Chennai, and could be a part of the team’s playing XI against Chennai Super Kings. In the first leg of IPL held in India, this batsman played an explosive innings of 54 runs in 30 balls against CSK. However, KKR lost the match by 18 runs. Apart from this, Russell played an innings of 88 in 36 balls against CSK in 2018 and 58 in 25 balls in 2014.
Russell, on the other hand, has scored 183 runs in 10 matches of the 14th season of the IPL. Along with this, he has also taken 11 wickets. Talking about Russell’s IPL career, he has played a total of 84 matches and scored 1700 runs. During this, his batting average has been 29.31 while the strike rate has been above 178.
